Terms and Conditions

Location:
SUI GENERIS TROPEA LUXURY ROOMS is located in the centre of Tropea, only 300m from the main square and 1.5km from the beach. The hotel has an in loco private car park, which is free for our guests, and is open 24/7 with a pass.

Bookings are considered provisional until the Resort gives confirmation.

Payment:
Pay in full by guaranteed credit card on arrival.
Cheques are not accepted.

Bookings:
To guarantee your booking (in the case of late cancellation and/or amendment past the deadline date, and in the case of non-arrival) you will be asked for your credit card details, email address and telephone number.

These details will be verified (a pre-authorisation equal to the cost of the first night will be made) a few days before your arrival and in the case of a defect, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If you do not have a credit card, you will be asked for a deposit, equal to the price of the first night, to be made by bank transfer. The room will be guaranteed on receipt of a copy of the payment.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing. We do not accept cancellations by telephone or in person. On receipt of our confirmation, you will be able to carry out the cancellation (or amendment) within 30 days (Junior Suite) or 14 days (Superior and Deluxe). In the case of cancellation after the deadline date, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night will be charged to your credit card. This charge is the cancellation fee and not a payment, therefore it will not be possible to occupy the room. For bookings via bank transfer, the deposit will not be refunded. In the case of non-arrival, the price of the first night will be charged to your credit card.

Check-in, Check-out:

• Check-in times: from 3pm to 10pm.
• Check-out: by 10am.

Late/early check-in: please give us forewarning so that we are ready to welcome you on arrival. As for an early arrival, we will do our best not to keep you waiting too long.

Late Check-out: : on request and subjest to availability.  If you wish to check out after 3pm, you will be charged for an extra night.

Notes:

The hotel does not have a lift and is therefore unable to accommodate the disabled.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

The hotel is equipped with CCTV in the communal areas so as to ensure the safety of our guests.

Guests will be asked to fill in a form (as required by Italian law) giving their correct details.

Only guests who have given the details requested on arrival are allowed to stay in the hotel. The presence of extra guests will need to be approved by the management.

Guests will be asked to show a valid document of identity.
The hotel does not have extra beds. Cota are available on request, but subject to availability.

Hotel type: accommodation and breakfast

Tourist tax: €2,00 per day per person. This is not included in the cost of the room and is to be paid by the guest (12 years of age and over) in cash on arrival.

The terms and conditions given here, and any other subsequent amendment and integration, apply to all of our services made available online, either directly or indirectly (via suppliers) through any mobile device, email or telephone. Accessing our website, visiting and/or using any of the apps available through any platform and/or making a reservation, means that you declare to have read, understood and accepted (under the terms and for the effects of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code) the terms and conditions listed here (including the privacy policy).
